Essentially, there are two types of pre-cut gems that you can chisel into bolt tips for profit: This method is very AFK-able, since each inventory of gems takes approximately a minute and a half to chisel. Chiseling Rubies into Bolt Tips requires 63 Fletching. Chiseling Diamonds into Bolt Tips requires level 65 Fletching. Here is a screenshot showing the profit: As you can see, chiseling Diamonds into Bolt Tips yields GP and chiseling Rubies into Bolt Tips yields GP.
Ruby Bolt Tips usually sell higher than GP each and Diamond Bolt Tips usually sell higher than GP each. This is why the title states k per hour. Feel free to test this out, and you can maximize your profits by buying the gems for a low price and selling the bolt tips for a high price. The screenshot shows instant transactions.

Honestly, it's worked for me for months on end. I've advertised it on my videos and it STILL works. It's a lot of effort but it makes money, people prefer training using faster methods.
Not that much effort. All you're doing is clicking on your screen every minute and a half or so. It still does work. Make sure to buy one uncut to see how much other people are selling it for.
