The Airline brand was marketed by Montgomery-Wards catalog and department stores. This model was built by the Belmont Radio, Co. It is a very attractive radio and displays well in any location in your home or office. The radios has seven tubes including the green magic tuning eye, AM, SW and Police bands. It has a multi colored dial and a small dial in the larger dial for tighter tuning. It has a chrome chassis and had some surface rust and was thoroughly cleaned and treated.

All the controls were cleaned and lubricated and operate properly and smoothly. A new dial belt was installed and a new polarized AC cord for safety.

I tested all the tubes and replaced any weak or defective tubes with NOS tubes. All the electrolytic and wax paper capacitors were replaced. Resistors were checked and any out of tolerance were replaced.

Clock knobs are original, but two of them are loose bottom and right side knob. Right clock knob has small hole drilled in it. Has a couple of small paint chips. All of the capacitors were replaced. Tubes checked, replaced if required. Bottom clock knob is not original but is maroon and matches radio. No cracks in the case. But does have a few small paint chips. Speaker is in good condition.

The original white paint is in excellent condition with only a few marks here and there on this well cared for radio. This radio has great sound! The chrome has been replated as well. It's in excellent condition with minor paint wear. It has been serviced and plays well with great sound. If buyer wants it repainted I will do that at no extra charge.

Radio plays very well with good tone and lots of stations. Part of the Crosley name is missing. Real attractive white cabinet with bright red knobs for great contrast.

The timer works great. The chassis has been serviced and any parts needed were installed. No damage to cabinet. No chips or cracks. Made in the USA. Here's a super clean mid-century Crosley clock radio with a great design. Clock works, radio plays but volume control knob won't shut off so there is always sound as long as the radio is on. Plays local AM stations with internal antenna. Has all new capacitors.

Styled as a console or jukebox in form, the cabinet has a tremendously ornate combination of trims and veneers.

The cabinet has been refinished, with a high luster "piano" lacquered finish.
